2.5 Storey Laman Oakleaf At Bukit Antarabangsa For Sale
Laman Oakleaf at Bukit Antarabangsa is developed by PJ Development Holdings Group, which has an excellent track record of property development. There are 134 units in Laman Oakleaf – 2-storey terraces, 2.5-storey terraces, and 3-storey terraces (or semi-detached houses). The overall layout and design of these terrace houses are quite basic and there are 3+1 bedrooms in both the 2 and 2.5-storey terrace link houses. The 2-storey terrace house has a covered wash area which is the backyard, and has a built-up area of 2,450 sf. The original price for these houses were RM537,128 – 920,369.
The differences between 2 and 2.5 Storey are that they have a built-up area of 2,464 sf and have a roof garden. 2.5 Storey have 4+1 rooms and are more spacious.
